Waiver of Liability I hereby release, waive, and consent not to sue the Faith & Freedom Coalition, their agents or employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in such activity. I fully understand that (a) physical activity may involve some risks (b.) these risks and dangers may be caused by my own actions, or inactions, the actions or inactions of others participating in the activity, the condition in which the activity takes place (c.); there may be other risks and social and economic losses either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time; and I fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, costs, and damages. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards connected with the activities and I am aware that such activities include the risk of injury and I hereby elect to voluntarily participate in said activities, knowing that the activities may be hazardous to my property and me.
