WIFFC Team Members and Volunteers Lead the Charge Across Wisconsin

Following Faith and Freedom’s packed God and Country breakfast in Milwaukee, Wisconsin FFC has been in the field engaging with grassroots advocates and faith leaders across the Badger state, continuing to build our statewide coalition of faith-based activists getting involved in their communities and relaying the importance of voting in this year’s elections.

In Eau Claire, volunteers were active at a Christian concert where, despite the poor weather conditions, our team connected with attendees from across the state, signing up more than 35 to join our grassroots voter contact efforts and registering multiple people to vote, including many college-aged attendees.

Meanwhile, in Green Bay and Sturgeon Bay, Director of Operations Mari Ruh attended local meetings with pastors and faith leaders from across northwestern Wisconsin, an area that continues to be key for state and national elections, to further build our statewide network, connect on the latest from WIFFC, and strategize on ways they can continue to be an impact in their communities and an important part of our efforts.

These examples highlight just some of the ways we continue to build our broad movement toward increasing voter engagement and turnout throughout the whole of Wisconsin and educating voters how, by participating in this year’s elections, they can join a collective effort to take part in influencing the future of their communities.

In every corner of the state, faith-based grassroots activists are stepping up in their communities and reminding faith-based voters just how crucial their participation is and will be in shaping their communities, our state, and our nation – efforts that Wisconsin FFC will continue to spearhead as we approach the all-important election season this November.
