Join Us at Road to Majority 2025 – Meet Our Team and Shape the Future

Today’s Anniversary of Trump’s Road to Majority Speech

One year ago today President Trump delivered this 1 hour, 20 minute keynote speech to us at the Faith and Freedom Road to Majority conference. Trump’s 4-minute speech last night on the bombing of Iranian nuclear sites will certainly shape that annual policy discussions at this week’s 2025 Road to Majority Conference — and we’d love for you to be there with us. Click here for web version. Comment end

This is more than a conference. It’s the strategic launchpad for 2026 — and a critical opportunity to counter the structural advantages that liberal non-profits and the federal government have used to tip the electoral scales, and the counter miwe started in a highly successful program covered by Restoration News. Please discuss any of the issues on our survey with our five team members who will be in attendance (see their full bios at  https://wisconsinffc.com/bios/)

John Pudner, President (6th, final photo, at top)
In the five years after being tapped by National Faith & Freedom Coalition Chair Ralph Reed (left photo at top) to run the national faith-based turnout in the razor-thin presidential victory over Al Gore, John Pudner rose to Senior Vice President of National Grassroots with the consulting arm of McGuireWoods — one of only 69 billion dollar law firms in the world, according to the top 100 calculation at Law.com. He later returned to full-time political work, orchestrating his second Republican takeover of a state legislature and was featured in National Review and Fox News TV for recruiting Dave Brat, who defeated House Majority Leader Eric Cantor in a historic primary upset.

In 2021, Pudner relocated from Alabama to Wisconsin — the state he believed would determine the next president. A Marquette University alumnus, he previously studied alongside future Governor Scott Walker and Trump Deputy Assistant and Director of Presidential Advance John Hiller. Pudner founded the Wisconsin Faith and Freedom Coalition to expand faith-based voter turnout and civic participation in the Badger State. Under his leadership, the team distributed 402,000 targeted voter comparison pieces — a scale of outreach credited by a Texas Congressman as the reason Donald Trump carried Wisconsin.

Spencer LaVerde, State Director (3rd photo at top)
A rising grassroots leader known for his energy, precision, and deep network throughout Wisconsin, Spencer LaVerde has helped redefine the conservative field game in high-density areas of the state, while supervising team leaders throughout more rural areas. He coordinates week-to-week canvassing logistics, supervises turnout operations, and helps train and deploy volunteers across battleground districts.

Spencer led recruitment, hiring, and payroll for dozens of canvassers responsible for delivering 402,000 voter comparison pieces across Wisconsin — personally logging some of the highest numbers in the field. He once knocked on 501 doors in a single day to set the pace and standard for the rest of the team. A passionate speaker and committed organizer, Spencer frequently joins John Pudner and at other times both speak in different parts of the state at events and training sessions, helping expand the coalition’s volunteer network and connect faith with civic responsibility.

Holly Klucarich, Northeastern Field Director (2nd photo at top)
Holly Klucarich brings decades of grassroots leadership and campaign success from coast to coast. She has played key field roles in Ron Johnson’s narrow re-election victory, Glenn Youngkin’s Virginia upset, and New England projects. With deep experience managing canvassing programs and voter outreach operations, she ran a model that shifted the conservative vote 10 percent in a pilot in Wisconsin, a program that will now expand into the Northeast.

Holly is a former mayor, school nurse, commercial realtor, and worship leader — a resume that speaks to her values-driven approach to leadership. She’s also known for her work ethic and operational savvy, having organized teams in Wisconsin, Texas, and Arizona – her personal team of now-grown home school children let her hit 1,000 doors the day after arriving in a new town. Like Pudner, she is no stranger to knocking on doors in single digit temperatures from Green Bay to New England to support long-term conservative infrastructure in places often written off as unwinnable. As both strategist and mentor, Holly sets the tone for mission-first campaigning.

Cori Huston, Operations and Logistics (4th photo at top)
With over 30 years of experience in business management and event coordination, Cori Huston ensures that every effort runs on time and under budget. A longtime small business owner, Cori ran multiple financial service and cleaning franchises while launching Helping Hands, a charitable initiative for survivors of domestic abuse that expanded nationally. She was named one of Milwaukee’s Women of Influence by the Business Journal in 2004.

Now serving as the logistical backbone of the Wisconsin Faith and Freedom Coalition, Cori helps the event planner Kelly Herrell, as well as communications, and training logistics. She’s also the go-to team member for special projects and rapid-response operations. A mother of triplets — including an Eagle Scout — Cori is known for her calm under pressure and commitment to building systems that serve people and principles alike.

Joshua Naponiello, Field Organizer (5th photo at top)
Joshua Naponiello began his political work in 2016 as an intern his first time living in the South for Pudner in Auburn, Alabama, and emerged as a talented organizer with a national footprint. He’s held leadership roles in Pennsylvania, Nevada, Indiana, and Illinois, managing canvassing programs and coordinating complex ballot petition drives. His work has helped elect candidates like Governor Joe Lombardo of Nevada — the only challenger to defeat an incumbent governor in 2022 – giving him bragging rights over Pudner who was Deputy Campaign Manager for the challenger with the second best showing of 26 challengers that year – Tim Michels of Wisconsin.

Josh served as a regional director for the Wisconsin GOP and later as campaign manager, digital strategist, and political director on various efforts. Known for his analytical mindset, he conducts staff vetting, data audits, and training across multiple states. His experience with Pudner’s former group Take Back Our Republic Action and Indiana House Republicans rounds out a deep bench of policy and field expertise. Today he helps lead grassroots engagement throughout the Midwest.

A Speech on Critical Issues

Our speakers offer deep insight into today’s most urgent policy fights and grassroots strategies that are shaping the future of center-right organizing. From election reform and voter turnout to parental rights and school choice, we bring real-world success stories and lessons learned from both the front lines and the back rooms.

Topics can include how we’ve advanced conservative policy—even in deep-blue places like New Jersey and California—and how we’ve won more campaigns than anyone else when being outspent by more than 3-to-1. Whether it’s breaking through with Hispanic, Black, or young voters, or walking audiences through our latest wins in swing states like Wisconsin, our presentations are always data-driven and action-focused.

We cover how to stop overreaching liberal school boards and bureaucrats, and how to fight back against activist judges pushing Lawfare goals—an effort that reached its peak in attempts to prevent Americans from voting for President Trump by imprisoning, bankrupting, or removing him from the ballot through judicial activism.

We also address stopping illegal immigration that fuels human trafficking, fentanyl deaths, and violent gang activity—issues that hit close to home in communities across the country. And keeping men out of women’s sports, restrooms and even prisons.

Hear about the ground game that led to Restoration News citing our work as one of just three national success stories in the 2024 cycle link to article, with detailed quotes and strategy breakdowns.

We’re happy to tailor remarks to your audience—whether it’s a policy group, church leaders, campaign volunteers, or national funders. Past talks range from a 2017 Silicon Valley session with tech executives (back when Elon Musk was just the 20th richest man in America) to getting powerful candidate comparisons into the hands of thousands of targeted voters at just $1 per voter reached—five times more efficient than typical commercial efforts.

Let us know if you want a deep dive on winning over lawmakers after the campaign ends, how to run an effective church outreach push, or what’s working with third-generation canvassers in swing counties across America—or ask us to go deeper into one of the past issues covered in any of the dozens of headlines from past media appearances and speeches written about at wisconsinffc.com.

Q&A on topics like parental rights, limited government, election reform, and the future of center-right organizing. including why Restoration News featured WIFFC as one of 3 success stories showing the path to conservative victory.

Don’t Fund Noise. Fund Movement.

Your Donation Can Change Conservative Turnout for Years to Come

A permanent campaign requires permanent commitment. Your investment today builds the foundation for victory tomorrow.

TV ads disappear in 30 seconds. Field operations create voters for life.

WIFFC proved it in a pilot in Ashland County—delivering a 10-point conservative swing by investing in year-round grassroots organizing.

For major donors, a $50,000 sponsors a field director:

 Builds trusted church-to-voter networks

 Trains local, faith-driven volunteers

Drives voter engagement in overlooked areas

Outperforms million-dollar ad blitzes at a fraction of the cost

For smaller donors, a targeted voter is reached for every $1 given; one-fifth the cost of paid canvassing operations. $500 = putting turnout lit in the hands of 500 more conservative voters who too often stay home in close election races.

Don’t fund noise. Fund movement.

Every day we wait, the other side builds.
